A 47-story tower that reset the standard for the Houston skyline — and had to be built to it.
Developed by Hines and designed by Pelli Clarke & Partners, Texas Tower rises 47 stories above downtown Houston with a distinctive faceted crown and a garden lobby carved into its base.
As Architect of Record, Kendall/Heaton produced the full construction document set, coordinated the structural, MEP, and enclosure consultants, and administered construction from foundation to topping-out and turnover.
We translated an ambitious design into a permitted, coordinated, LEED Platinum building — and stayed on the project through completion.
