Designed by OMA, Milstein Hall bridges Cornell's historic architecture buildings with a dramatic cantilevered plate hovering over the street below.
As Architect of Record, Kendall/Heaton resolved an ambitious structural and enclosure concept into a permitted, buildable set on a tightly constrained campus site.
Bold structure only works if it can be documented, permitted, and built. That resolution was our contribution.
